Eggless Red Velvet Cake

A moist and eggless Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients
  • 340 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 200 gm Sugar (use less if making layer cake)
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 200 ml Condensed Milk
  • ½ tsp Red Food Color
  • 1.5 tbsp Vinegar
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 100 ml Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sieve the dry ingredients and keep aside.
  3. Mix together oil, condensed milk, vanilla extract and red food color.
  4. Add in the buttermilk, vinegar and water.
  5. Add the wet ingredients gradually to the dry ingredients.
  6. Bake at 170 degree Celsius for 40 minutes.
